Wolverine Bhi-lite, 22 or 25? Opinions greatly appreciated!

Postby topshelf95 » 21 Apr 2016, 15:30

Hello, new member here. I just purchased my first Daystate, a Wolverine B-hi-lite in .25. Right before it shipped I learned it does not come with the Harper sling so I have the opportunity to switch to .22 before it ships.

So now the dilemma, do I switch to .22? What is a better trade off for long range accuracy? The Ballistic coeffecient of the .25 or the consistency of the Harper sling valve in the .22? Any thoughts?

I'm open to suggestions either way and I’m all ears since I have a short time to decide before the gun ships out today. Thank you in advance for any help, and thank you KY for bringing this to my attention!!

Regards,
Cliff

Cliff, what did you end up doing. I have a .22 FAC Wolverine B Hi Lite and It shoots like a dream. I am thinking about buying a .25 cal in the new Daystate bullpup.

.25 is a more expensive calibre than .22. Why change? If you want .22 better ask factory set to .22
