Hi Dodgy.

I have a .177 and a .22 Pulsar, neither are pellet fussy however I have found that Sovereign's are best, closely followed by JSB 4.52. Both of these also give the highest foot pounds at 11.8

I did do extensive tests on lots of pellets (yep I am sad I know) spending many hours in my factory, bench resting the gun. In the end I had to move the target out to 60 yards to decide between these two types.

If you are doing any close range hunting/Ratting try JSB Monsters (13.44 grain in .177) group well and are very hard hitting.

John :)
