Well as per the title, it's all Matts fault.
He bought one of these and let me look through it, I was hooked but tried not to give in to the craving for one untill one came up today used but good condition and a good price so I gave in !

It's going on the MK 4 replacing the MTC Mamba I currently use! :D

A little treat to myself after a kack Christmas and start to the new year!

Cheers kenny,
To put salt in the wound our dog is unwell now too and going in for some invasive surgery on monday! Needless to say its demoralising, poor little mite is only 5 and fit as a fiddle.

Being a 50mm objective lense I may need higher mounts, If this is the case what mounts do you recomend I get? its a 30mm tube.

:o I hate hearing about poorly dog has we lost one of ours to the big bad Cancer illness a few years back & it still upsets us now & then plus the other dog we have is getting very old so he has been unwell as late, so fingers crossed your dog will be fine.... because they are great companions I think.

however mounts I would go for sports match high.

Hope your dog is OK. Don't rule out UTG mounts. They're cheap and every bit as good as the more expensive brands (about $10 USD) and high enough for my 56 mm objective Hawke scope.

Matt,

If you are still looking for mounts, I have a pair of sports match high mounts in 30mm, mint condition. I could send them to you first to see if they will be ok.
